Braly Image Group Studios is pleased to announce that its "What is the Second Amendment?" animated film for U.S. LawShield won a Gold ADDY Award in the Animation category at the American Advertising Awards in Chattanooga, Tennessee on February 15, 2023. The film also won the coveted Best in Show for Film & Video.

The annual American Advertising Awards (ADDYs) is the largest and most comprehensive creative awards competition in the United States. The multi-tiered competition recognizes creative excellence in advertising and marketing across all industries. The mission of the American Advertising Awards is to recognize and reward the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising.
BIG Studios' CEO and founder Chris Braly said the concept behind the cartoon was to present a fun and memorable history of the Second Amendment through song and animation in a style evocative of the Schoolhouse Rock musical educational shorts he grew up watching in the mid-seventies.
"I am extremely proud of my team for their creativity and cleverness in producing this cartoon," said Braly. "In addition to generating positive attention for our client and delivering a catchy ear-worm, this educational toon opened up some important conversations about America’s Bill of Rights."
